poor service - no feedback

You think this would be a reputable company and opt to paying a higher price for quality service however, I got the opposite.

dealt with a Karen who supposedly left the company and led me on to believe the order is on the way. did not hear from them for three weeks. I had to chase after them after paying the full price as that was their terms.

Up till today I have to beg them for feedback or a refund. They do not respond- never bothered to follow up or get back to me on ANYTHING. Had I not called they would have forgotten about me.

Do not chose to do business with Easylife kitchens.
