Horrific Experience throughout KitchenInstallation

Flawless Function and Perfect Precision is their motto, this couldn't be any further from the truth. ELK clearly allocates all of its budget to its advertising campaign and not to the services offered to their clients. We had problems from the week prior to our installation even starting. Firstly, we were informed that the consultant in charge had forgotten to place an order for some of the kitchen cupboards. This resulted in a delay of a few weeks from the get go. Conveniently this was communicated to us after they had received the 90% payment for the installation. Certain cupboards in our kitchen were wrap doors, which were delivered to our house, peeling and visibly heavily damaged. The installer went ahead and installed the damaged doors without informing us of the damages which we had to photograph and ask them to remove. again resulting in more delays. A project which should've been finished in 2 weeks, took 2 months. The boss of the branch is completely disinterested and refuses to speak to his unhappy customers. On numerous occasions we were informed that the reason for the problems was because the fitter was tired and very busy. Very unprofessional service, do NOT use them
