Easylife Kitchens … WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I would prefer giving no star at all, but unfortunately it’s required to select at least one star to continue with the review.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Living without a kitchen for 5 months was a major inconvenience. To make matters worse, there was a lack of respect for the client, and the quality of work and service was subpar. Communication was poor throughout the process, and there were unnecessary and additional expenses that added to the stress and frustration. These are just a few of the many problems I encountered during this frustrating process.
Throughout the process I brought the problems with regard to the installations, bad service, unnecessary damages (even to the newly installed cupboards) under the attention of the branch, Head Office and even KSA. The only reaction I got was Head Office urging the branch to complete the process as soon as possible. At this stage, it was already August and 4 months since the initial installation.
The process started in February, I received the first quotation in March and the first installation was started on the 15th of April. The last installation was started in August. From the 1st of August only, I sent over 12 mails and documents with detailed information and photos as proof of my complaints, but it appears that it was only a waste of time and energy. At no point during this process, any work was correctly completed the first time. The second installation was completed, but 90% of all cupboards/panels are damaged in some way.
I just wish their service providing was as prompt as the mails regarding payment, even though the work is not completed according to the standards and quality they pride on and advertise in the media.
I stressed the fact that I won’t be able to recommend the company for either excellent service, craftsmanship, affordability, quality or respect for the customer, several times. However, it appears that they really just don’t care about their reputation (based on customers’ experience) or the lasting impression they leave.
