EASYLIFE KITCHENS WORST BRAND TO SOUGHT OUT SERVICES FROM

Easylife Kitchens (Zambezi) has been a pain and difficult provider to have had acquired serivces from. From management to their sales consultant down to the installers the experience has been unpleasant. If you wish to have your kitchen made for you, I warn and caution you to not use this brand. Do your research and make sure you use people who care enough for their client's more than they do their money. I first visited the store just for viewing their showroom, but however ended up cornered into having paying large amounts of money which the store manager (Cindy) is well trainned to do so because the only time that woman spoke to me was when she wanted my money. No demanded my money. When installation was supposed to take place they sent rude inexperienced and *********** installers to do the job. They request that you pay 90% upfront of the costs prior to even delivering the material. When we thought they are finally going to start working they did not have all the material ready, we waited weeks on end for a mere white board to be delivered and they assured us before demanding the second installment of payment that everything was ready. When they eventually put up all the cupboards we had issues with the stone, we had to pop up more money at this point we were just fed up and wanted to be finished with these mafias. When they were supposed to insatll the handles, we had to wait yet a week for mere handles (which we believe we were ****med). This company has really hurt us and I honestly wish that people could avoid going for such brands because they don't care for customers. It has been a sore and difficult process and even now we are not even certain if the chosen wood we have chosen is the right quality. They **** hard working people for their money. It is apparantly how this branch operates, it is their culture and the owner also sees nothing wrong with it. Such shops should close and allow people who want to render services to people do so.
