After carefully considering our options, we decided to engage Easylife Kitchens for our wardrobe cupboard installation. Our intention was that, should the project be delivered with the level of professionalism and service that Easylife Kitchens promotes, we would also entrust them with our kitchen installation.

The initial consultation was positive and left us feeling confident in our decision. However, after paying the initial deposit, communication became infrequent and was generally only provided after we repeatedly requested updates. This lack of proactive communication was disappointing and did not reflect the level of service we had expected.

While the installation itself was neat , a closer inspection revealed that the quality was comparable to that of many other installers and did not justify the premium service and pricing.

Overall, the experience fell short of our expectations. Had we known in advance that the process and service would be of this standard, we would likely have chosen a different supplier.

Furthermore, very few of the technical aspects of the installation were discussed with us beforehand, leaving us with limited insight into the proposed workmanship and finishing standards.
