Incredibly unprofessional, do not use Easy Life Kenilworth. Rude, unprofessional, unaccountable. I could provide at least 10 examples starting with the business owner right down to the fitter but I shall not. The purpose of this review is for people who plan to use their hard earned cash to beware and be warned. Do your research and actually ask for recommendations from people that have actually used the company you're thinking about. Divide the sales pitch and hold them accountable before you sign anything. This company asked for 90% before they even step onto your property. You sign their quote and the only leg you have to stand on is that you still owe 10%. One understands that building comes with surprises but what I am referring to is strictly rudeness, unprofessionalism and unaccountability. The owner has ALOT TO LEARN. At the end of day, a component of what they charge is for service and delivery, we had to fight tooth and nail to make sure what we paid for was delivered. Workmanship had to be corrected so many times. We.paid for a service that promised ease and proper communication that I had to ensure. The owner is rude, antagonistic and very disrespectful and dismissive.
