Certainly don't make life easy

I really expected way more from Easylife, besides minor quality issues on our first install and the fact that we learnt Easylife are unable to actually specially manufacture they are bound by standard everything. We decided to use them again for passage cupboard and ask the same sales person to please copy the details from the kitchen so it's the same. Typically she didn't include for the soft closers, now I'm liable for an additional R260. It's not the R260. here it's the fact that you as a company and your staff take no responsibility for your errors. NEVER again, you have plenty competition and in the current market you should really look after your clientele.
