Can’t even get a quote

I went to Easylife kitchens Ballito to get a quote on a few items to repair a worn kitchen (door and draw fronts etc) I spoke to a younger gentleman and gave sizes and picked a color, never heard anything, a week later I called him and he said “sorry sorry I do it today” I still never heard anything, another week later I rang again and said “last chance, I hate trying to be a customer of a company” he then said “what ever!” I never received any response, probably lucky, as they don’t seem to want business
