Bad Quality Goods and Service

I had cupboards installed 2years back. During installation, issues was swept under the rug, I later paid the outstanding amount just to get them out of my house. There has been numerous product and installation problems and after making contact with the owners on numerous occasions they haven't contacted me to replace faulty products. I am really disappointed in the way they handled the installation. They are very expensive and you would think the service and product would be up to standard.
