A 2 week kitchen installation becomes an 11 month nightmare!

A 2 week kitchen installation becomes an 11 month nightmare!! It all started in October 2016 when we paid our 50% deposit and were promised that by mid November 2016 our kitchen installation would be complete. It is now 11 months later and we are still without a complete kitchen!

Amongst the too numerous to mention stuff ups are: 1) damage of our newly installed vinyl tiles, 2) nails knocked straight through our cupboard facings,creating holes and damaging the paint finish 3) incorrect counter top installed 4) kicking boards missing 5) paintwork of inferior quality etc etc

Our family has had to endure empty promises,empty apologies,shoddy and shameful workmanship,numerous missed appointments,no phone call back,lacking in commitment to finish the job. We have now had enough! Stay away from Easy Life Kitchens Tokai.
