14 month long kitchen Reno !

<p>What was promised to be a 4 week Reno turned into a 14 month long Reno, and still counting. I have never known such incompetence, such lack of commitment and so many promises made and broken. The disrespect shown for me and my time is legendary. I'm still waiting for completion! I have to phone every week to remind Dean he has to complete and a promise is made (by now, 33 times), a time is scheduled and no-one shows up. I don't get an apology. I don't get a phone call to reschedule. The workers blame Dean and Dean blames the workmen. Who can I talk to who has the power to get things done?????</p>
