No response and no expenses paid.

Our flight from Lisbon to Madeira on 19 April was cancelled due to strong winds in Madeira. I have tried numerous times to claim our money back and have had no response. Nobody calls back and even at the kiosks on the airport the staff just referred us to the online claims.
