Disappointed with your customer service levels
I am not happy at all with your customer service levels. I arrived at Gatwick this morning at around 8am and the lady at the checking in desk advised that cannot fly as my passport was expiring on the 22nd of April 2020. I advised her that the Luxembourg embassy is aware and they granted me a visa until the 31st of March 2020 on humanitarian base's as a family member is critically ill in hospital and my husband who is a Luxembourg resident is not well. She still refused I then insisted on asking to speak with her superior finally she called Stuart who came & I explained the situation. I also showed him an email l had from the Luxembourg embassy and age letter I had from the hospital but he still refused. My husband asked to speak with him and he refused & did not show any empathy. I then called the Luxembourg embassy on the emergency number & I spoke with a lady who was helpful and she asked to speak with Stuart so she can confirm that it is okay for me to travel as they are aware of my situation but he refused and said I should leave. She also offered to send an email to confirm and ask who she should send it to & he did not want to cooperate or give her the details. I asked for a written note stating the reason why they refused me to travel but they did not want to take responsibility & they said I should contact customer services. The lady from the embassy even said Stuart can call Luxembourg immigration to confirm & they still refused and was rude. I called customer service numerous times and it took ages to get through on each occassion. All they said was I should speak with the Easy Jet Team at Gatwick, it seems no one wants to take responsibility at Easy Jet and they are very rude. I also sent emails and copied the Luxembourg embassy as they are aware of my situation that is why they granted me a visa. Could you please process my £79.98 refund as I will be taking this complaint further.
