Contractor took money and did not render service and has refused to refund

<p>Tim Luis Botha ***ner of Easy Homes Services) was paid to install Airconditioners and build some cover boxes for the aircon outdoor units for our house. He took our money and never showed up to do the job and has deliberately refused to pay back money paid to him. several calls to him were not returned. He is currently on the run. This is a ***** and one must be extremely careful in dealing with him.</p>
