Payment for nothing

Easyfin loans debit my account and I don't owe them anything. I app**** for a loan then requested them to stop the process within less then 3 days. They did not do anything for me yet they debit my account. They said I must pay them R98 for 3 months some fees for the application. What application cause the process was canceled. They are day light ******s and ****ming people for loans you will not receive but the fee must still be paid. Be careful people.
