Confusion and uncer*****y (from Sanlam , easyfin and the loan shop)

I had app**** for loan on easyfin and Sanlam’s website. Now i see that easyfin or cashfin have deducted from my account twice, I am simply trying to understand why it was deducted twice , now i am being told that “ we only deducted once our short name with Sanlam Multi Data is MDFORCASHF not MDFORLNSHP, a lot of companies are making use of Sanlam Multi Data” This is very concerning and it defeats the purpose of protecting our privacy. I just want my money back , R500 is a lot of money to not be getting any communication.
