App**** for a loan, was then redirected to 3rd party CPR accredited lenders and declined. the R250 was acceptable to pay as I read the terms and conditions and accepted the debit check mandate. However, since I was declined, they debited R98 as a service fee and was told in order to cancel I need to complete the cancellation form. I filled in the cancellation form and was told they would remove me from the debit mandate. Second month they did not debit me as thought nothing more of it. Second month the R98 amount went off again to which I notified them to cancel and was told to fill the same form in again. Seems the form to cancel which I 'm told to fill in gets no attention as they simply ignore my messages now and have deducted R98 this month again. This is left and they should be investigated, once they receive your debit check mandate, they simply lock you in and do not even entertain your cancellation form. they prey on victims that are looking for loans and desperate innocent people. The attitude and lack of pride in the messages suggests they know very well what they are doing and simply resort to say you should have read the terms and conditions.
