***** - NCEASYFINL stole R98 from my account on 28 Aug 2026 mandate ***. I never app**** for any loan with NEC Money / Easy-Fin and I never received any money from them, this debit is 100% unauthorized. When I contacted them on WhatsApp *** I got an AI bot saying I must give 30 days notice and no refund, how can I give notice for a loan I never got? They cannot show any contract or proof that they paid money into my account. This is a **** subscription trap targeting South Africans. I have disputed it with my bank as unauthorized DebiCheck, emailed *** for immediate cancellation and refund, and will report to NCR and Ombudsman. I demand they cancel mandate *** immediately, refund my R98, and delete my details. Stay away!
