Poor customer service and ********* business conduct.

I have had a disappointing experience with EasyEquity, and I hope they'll take my feedback as an opportunity to enhance their services and build trust with their users. While I appreciate the concept of their platform, I've encountered several issues that need attention.

Firstly, I've found customer service to be unreliable, I waited over a month for them to sort issue with a transfer which could be sort out in a day or few minutes. I've also noticed how you reap of users. Specifically, the exchange rate inconsistent, with higher rates app**** when transferring offs**** and lower rates when transferring back. I believe using the current market rate, considering users pay transfer fees, would be more transparent and fair.

Additionally, I've noticed discrepancies with dividend payments. It appears that dividends are sometimes not being credited to user accounts, and nor reinvestment. I think clarifying their dividend policy and ensuring accurate crediting would greatly improve user trust.

Not to mention wide spreads tactics on some stocks.

I hope EasyEquity will take these concerns seriously and implement changes to address them. By doing so, they can improve their services, establish trust with their users, and create a more positive experience for everyone involved.
