EasyColdRoom = NOT easy
We ordered cooling units from EasyColdRoom in August (with delivery meant to be within 3 to 5 working days) and 3 months later we are still waiting. We paid R24,000 for them. Whenever we have chased up, we have been given the run around and our requests for a refund have been ignored.
