Worst ever

<p>In February this year we bought a car from EasyCars Mahindra in Cape Town.We received good service from the Salesman Mr. Ryan Jacobs.Everything was arranged by them.As soon as we paid the money into their account the service level dropped from great to absolutely pathetic,that's even an under statement.The car was delivered late and the brakes were noisy,the front shocks were completely worn out making a knocking sound even for the smallest unevenness in the road surface.We paid R205,000,00 cash for the car.We tried on numerous occassions to get hold of the salesman that he just started ignoring our calls and e-mails.I even reported it to his company and they promised that he would take care of the matter.It is now 5 months later and they just don't care what happens to you as long they have their money.On the 28th of June my wife almost had an accident while taking the kids to school when the car went into the opposite direction while she was goong around a slight bend.She does not want to drive the car now because it is a danger to us.The vehicle was advertised as being in "Excellent Condition".They have hidden alot of things that were wrong with the car and just care about making the sale.They don't have any customer satisfaction s****s.</p>
