Useless programme

I wish I could give - 10 stars.

I have had an issue that does not allow me to use quickbooks online for 5 months and they keep on telling me to reinstall chrome and open quickbooks on a private browser, I have done this on 5 different computers, and page on all these computers still have writing all over the page that I can’t select any thing. I have now been waiting patiently for the engineers to come back to me and again the same suggestion.

This is totally ridiculous!
