Unorganized Company - Difficult to do Business with.

Purchased Quick Payroll online on Friday, 4 December 2020. A downloadable product. It is Wednesday, 9 December 2020 and after countless emails and online chatting, I still haven't received a code to activate my product.

First, after the purchase it went radio silent - no one informed me or communicated to me what the next steps are. Then between Monday and Tuesday after emailing, calling, and online chatting, I got to someone who asked me, did you send us the registration form? What form?? I then sent the completed form, give the required details. Now I am still waiting.

It is a hassle to do business with this company.

Our manager tried calling your cell and left 4 messages, He also emailed you. We/he have not had any response to the above, nor have we received a response to our reply above.
Our consultant has also emailed you all of the relevant info to activate your product .
