There is nothing quick about quickbooks customer service

I have had nothing but frustration with this product. I have been paying for it for 2 months already and am still unable to use it. The problem is the so called customer support. They dont believe in phones they only ask you questions by email which takes a really long time to get to the route of the problem, Its as slow as sending smoke signals. Everyday I get asked if my problem is resolved and I write back and say no. Then we go through the same conversation the next day. Terribly frustrating!
