Terrible Support System
<br> Hello Gary <br> <br> I have been using Quick books for 8 years , we started with one user, and now we have taken a 3rd user<br> <br> When we took a 2nd user, i cant remember her name, she was helpful in setting up network between 2 laptops<br> <br> and now i need to set up a 3rd user, Lucy was very difficult in assisting <br> <br> We are a small business, we dont have a IT department ,<br> <br> as per Lucy, we must get a It guy first to set up a network , <br> <br> I know , quickbooks can assist in this, but they are just not helpful <br> <br> we have PRO 2015 , and upgrade all our quickbooks software year on year , but their support team are not willing to assist <br> <br> Can anyone please assist <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>

Our client base is made up largely of small companies and we fully understand the financial constraints that some of these small businesses work within.
Our consultants have always gone and will continue to go the extra mile for each and every QuickBooks client ( in this case the consultant made an exception and assisted you with setting up your QuickBooks on your current network infrastructure ) .
Our consultants provide full support on QuickBooks , however computer networking support is out of their scope ( as clearly stated on our packaging ). Our clients consult with their IT support for this.
We have noticed that in the past you have complained more than once on hellopeter and written unsubstantiated subject headings on each occasion , even though some of the complaints were not QuickBooks related ( for which you were also assisted with ).
We kindly request that should you in future have a QuickBooks related support issue , that you kindly make contact with our support call center or email ***
