Terrible service from Easybiz for Quickbooks

I have been trying to get hold of EasyBiz in order to register/activate my Quickbooks Package which I have previously had installed and registered on my laptop until my hard drive failed. Now I can't get hold of anyone via email, facebook or via the call center to get my Quickbooks activated. This is disgusting service for a paid product and a clear breach of the CPA. This is holding up my business for over a week now.
