Terrible Support, mission-critical application and the assistance with problems is nonexistent very poor, very disappointed. But they never fail to take their money each month.

Quickbooks responded to this by phone but since then have not offered any solution to our problem or kept us up to date with progress. Still very disappointed.

Quickbooks have redeemed themselves with a comprehensive interaction with our bookkeeper. Telephonic and online support from Nathan has resolved our issue and restored our faith in the product. Thank you very much for your support it is much appreciated.
