Support

I installed Quickbooks 2015 . I had to restore the backups from Quick books 2006. As the program is new I had to phone for support. I was told 3 days in a row by differant constants that they did not know what to do. On the third after been told that she did not know what to do .I asked for senior person suddenly she knew the answer. This is not on as the invoice says ther is 3 months free telephone support.
