Seriously bad service from Quickbooks

Yesterday my QB subscription has ended. When I went to resubscribe, I got the month to month option of R411 a month. I logged out and went to the QB website and saw the Plus plan for R 205.50 a month for 6 months. I then clicked on Add another company and then put in my username and password. I know see that another profile has been created for my company. I do not want this new profile ( ***87 5176) and I want to keep the original profile that I had (***85 724). Please could you cancel the new profile for me and refund the monies that was taken off my account. All I wanted to do was to resubscribe my current profile for 6 months and not create a new profile. And I want the 6 month subscription of R205.50 for profile ***85 724. Nobody can seem to help me at Quickbooks regarding this. Can someone assist me with this with some urgency as I need to do month end invoicing.
