I was offered a 30 day free trial of Quickbooks Online. (unfortunately I gave my credit card number) A consultant helped me set up the program on my computer. Half way through we found out that my login data clashed with my Quickbooks USA login data. So I could not continue. The agent assured me there would be no debit on my account but lo and behold the debits have been coming through every month. I had to stop my credit card just to get the ********s off my back. I believe I have been ****med by the company who now are offering a trial without credit card details required. I would never touch any Quickbooks product again.

When signing up for a trial version the system doesnt prompt for credit card details, credit card details are only asked for when clicking from trial to paying. Actively subscribing.
If you supply us with your details we can investigate what happened in your particular case and can escalate further.
