Really bad service from the outset cannot contact anyone on the support number

Phoning these people is ridiculous. Holding now for 45 minutes. They have an option, push 2 for someone to call you back, but that does not work. Call cut off at 12 minutes and you have to start again. I don't understanding how the overseas companies give agencies to SA companies like this. You think they would do a quality check every now and then but obviously they don't because the service is beyond bad.

Yesterday after writing the above review I was emailed by Lucy from Eazybiz a few minutes after the review went up requesting my contact details. Lucy asked when the most convenient time to contact me, which was at 08h30 the next morning.

At exactly 08h30 the next morning Lucy contacted me and she was able to sort the problem out in 2 minutes.

I must say I have to thank you to Lucy for restoring my faith.

Thank you again Lucy, I was not expecting that kind of service
