Quickbooks wish they could help

My account is not working for more than 2 months now. No one could help me, so far. I had to reinstall and reopen it several times on Chrome. I still keep on getting issues. And no one can assist.

People is saying that the issue is above their clearance levels, or they are working on it and will get back to me etc, but more that 2 months down the line still not working.

This is extremely sad since my second company is working 100% on the same computer. But the other one is just nowhere!!!
