Quickbooks = ******* Service

Very useful software, but useless support team. My verification details had to updated and I could not log into my account for 12 days and yet still I am not able to login. I've spoken to Thabo and Tash, Tash put the phone down in my ear and the "manager" named Lucy had me on the phone for 26 minutes, just to be passed onto another person! I have been unable to trade and my business has been suffering the consequences of not being able to invoice my clients. This is unacceptable and no client deserves to be treated like this.
