QuickBooks Poor Service
I am on the 30 free trial to see if this package works for my business. It is impossible to get any support for the QuickBooks SA group. Poor show chaps!

16 Apr 2019, 14:45I have tried on several occasions to get assistance. It takes a long time (10-15min) to get through to the technical department and sometimes I have been redirected to other departments until I phone again and start from the beginning. At the sales department, one chap said I should attend a course and I will get a certificate – of course this is unhelpful while trying to troubleshoot specific issues. No, I am looking at other software packages now. It is a pity since QB has been around for many years, but the service is just too shoddy.
