QuickBooks Online is useless for a business that has any sort of production costs or delivery notes .

I run a small entrepreneurial business and we are trying to survive. The reason i say survive is because I was advised to move from Quickbooks premier to Quickbooks Online I have had nothing but trouble. As a business that manufacturers products as well as buys in products I have found there is no support for QB online. We can't even generate a suitable delivery note where a client can sign the document. Many times my clients will have to sign for delivery and QB online just cant do it... So im not sure if it my accountant or QB who is useless at this point in time But so far i am leaning towards an inferior product from QB because I have had to learn across many platforms from Omni to an internal one to QB Premier and they all function very much the same. But QB online...Is Useless. to add insult to injury, to even see if this is possible they wish to send a consultant to my business and the want to charge me R750/hour for a consultant to sort it out if it is even possible. My accountant and I have had a look around and there is nothing to suggest this is possible including their online support.
