Quickbooks Online is a ****
I have tried on numerous occasions to migrate from QBO to QB desktop. I have tried the Saasant app but it only allows one transaction at a time to be exported and this is ridiculous as it should just be a company export from QBO and then an import into desktop. Your support team is always unavailable and this is extremely frustrating as the QB online version is not user friendly at all. Please could someone contact me as a matter of urgency as nothing is getting resolved via your website
