Quickbooks On line....HORRIBLE and a TRAP - don't do it!.
Quicbooks on line is so awful, and really feels like a ****. I wish I had read the reviews before I signed up. It is horrible and so user-UNfriendly. It's almost impossible to get out of the subscription. Once you have info on, it's like you are trapped.. What's worse though is the support. I even hesitate to call to ask a single question because I get no joy - only frustration, and pushing me from pillar to post. I really really dislike this programme. And I have been an accountant for nearly 30 years. I do know what I am talking about. Quickbooks desktop is so much better.

It won't let me go into the email support button. The number is an 080 number which I can't phone from my phone. I am going to try email Kabir (he hardly responds though) but he is the only contact I have. I REGRET REGRET ever moving to QBO.
