Quickbooks not so quick

<p>Since last week we tried to convert our desktop data from Quickbooks (desktop) to Quickbooks Online.</p> <p>We paid for this conversion to be done by Quickbooks and waited 5 working business days. We received an email after 5 working business days to confirm that our data has been transferred.</p> <p>Wanting support from the local <em>help</em> centre (Johannesburg: +***7) and speaking to Wandile more than once - we are still not able to access our data on Quicbooks Online.</p> <p>Our problem with the <em>help</em> centre is that Wandile is either not at his desk, apparantly the only person in support, on lunch or promises to call back and then never does.</p> <p>After we got an email address from him, he also didn't reply (we are still waiting).</p> <p> </p>
