QUICKBOOKS NOT GREAT SERVICE

I started and setup your product with the hopes of using it, Very quickly I was contacted by yourself to advise on the promotion which I had subscribed too and asked you for verification on this.

Now to be told that I must pay R200 a month and no discount will be granted as no messages were received from both my bank and your service provider is completely unfair and poor after sales service. Furthermore I reiterate that I asked for verification from your side which you did not respond to.

It is also apparent from our conversation that your company in the UK noted the subscription on their side and thus my part to subscribe had been completed. If your company did not debit the account or you did not reply to me when I asked for the verification why should I be penalised.

This is not great service and I will be taking this further and will spread the word of the poor service and after sales regarding this Quickbooks product.
