QUICKBOOKS IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!

I am absolutely disgusted with Quickbooks, all of the sudden there is some components of my Quickbooks Premier 2016 that just stopped working and I called it in and was informed by the consultant that Quickbooks 2016 is no longer fully compatible with Windows 10 and I need to buy a new 2020 version now, WHAT LOAD OF ****!!!!!!! THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THIS IS HAPPENING TO ME THROUGH THE PAST 10 YEARS... WEIRD HOW PASTEL SUPPORT THEIR CLIENTS AND YOU NOT!!!!
