Quickbooks has REALLY Pathetic support

Pathetic to non existent Support. They never response to any emails , or take literally weeks and they falsely advertise 1 business day response time , but realistically it is weeks if at all they respond . Interesting note... filter on the 5 stars and you get 2 , filter on 1 star and you will be scrolling for days
