Quickbooks deducts just monthly premiums double with no response

It is suppose to be helping with your business but for 2 months now they just deduct it twice in a month when you query and send the bank statements that show they double deduct monthly premium nothing happened. After phone calls after emails send after show the evidence. Also with that they make 2 profiles for us and its not our fault but seems they want to put the blame on us. So tell me who is so stupid to ask for 2 profiles for one company. This is messed up. I want to hear from them as we get no response whatsoever to solve this problem

Still don't hear anything from quickbooks or get it solved. The only thing they want to do is deduct premiums as they like.
