QUICK BOOKS GONE TOO EXPENSIVE , not for SMALL/MEDIUM BUSINESS
We been using Quick books Pro for more than 15 years , one of the loyal customer Now we will be forced to go Quick books online , which we dont mind, its a good idea , move along with times but it comes with a price Strangely Annual fee R 5108 is more than a monthly fee x 12 = R 4977 In a real world , if you pay whole year amount immediately there is much better dis**** offered , than what you pay monthly Gary , needs to check this out
Secondly after getting this new online product, we not only pay annual fee, there is additional cost of training ,to learn Quick books online
Earlier with Quick books, there was no annual fee and support was for free Gary is a big man with the help of small businesses clients

I emailed Jono for clarification
Karwen rep**** to say , monthly fee is cheaper than annual fee
so how can Easy biz claim my statement to be incorrect
and with 2nd complain , their in house support, you can never ever get hold of them ,
in a voice prompt , they say press 2 , and some one will call you back , but after pressing 2 , nothing happens
i have emailed support twice, to call me back , no one called ,
