EasyBiz Technologies has the worst customer service I have ever come across.

We've now been waiting for over a month for them to convert our company data file to the newest version, which we bought on the 11th of June 2020.

The Desktop Support "Department" has no clue what they're doing, as they always pass the buck and no one takes responsibility.
