Payroll a nightmare

Quick Payroll has recently upgraded to a new version. After being given the incorrect info by a consultant I now find I cannot complete my Bi-Annual reconciliation declaration. No procedure was given, I was just told to close off the August Payrun and send them my company files. Now they say I shouldn't have closed off my Payrun and need to send them my previous company file backup.

In addition it has taken 3 weeks for the conversion team to convert one of my company files. I have requested the conversion to be done several times as we had a payroll run due today. I was told by a concultant that the latest we would receive the file was Wednesday. Still no file?

I have had to run on the old system, creating more work and simultaneously trying to purchase a new payroll package since Quick Payroll has proven to be unable to offer support that can meet their own deadlines.

Quick Payroll states that no refunds are given, which is unacceptable seeing as their product that falls short on delivery.

We have not had our problem solved as yet but the Service manager has been in contact with me several times and Quick Payroll support are trying hard to resolve what appears to be a technical issue between Payroll and Easyfile.
