No support from UK
Tried to upload from Desktop to Online version of Quickbooks. Worst mistake ever. You cannot get support on the 30 day "free" trial unless you pay, and when you pay the service from the online app is useless. Non existent. South Africa try to help but UK is just a no go. Next challenge is to get my money back. Never again!! Moving to another accounting package.
