I unsubscribed and QB still takes money off my account

I cancelled my monthly subscription online so that I could subscribe to the 12 month package in order to get a cheaper rate. Then Quickbooks decides on their own to just renew my subscription for another month at R411 and takes the money off my account. Why even let us unsubscribe if you don't really let a company do that. Seriously not happy about this and I want to be refunded. This has happened 2 months in a row now!!!!!
