Easybiz Technologies=SHARKS

I bought a quickbooks package 7 years ago. There are some technical issues that I am trying to sort out. Easybiz has a call center that never answers, only if you select sales which also does not help as the sales people cant help. Do not buy quickbooks as there is no support when you have problems. The sales team will make you feel like there is but if something goes wrong, you will probably have to buy a different package.
