BAD BAD NO Assistance

I have had an endless battle firstly getting the new upgrade to work, secondly to get hold off support. I have been trying to get hold of them via telephone, I left messages and emails in order for them to contact me to sort out this problem! After a week NO assistance, I have lost a big client due to this and guess what? I get hold of someone and after explaining to them the urgency of the matter, they still ....SO NOT CARE!!!!. so a bit off advise.... Do NOT BUY this program!!!!
