Great Service

<p>I purchased a Garmin Heart Rate Monitor with soft strap from Easy Bike.</p> <p>However it seems to have been a dud and didn't work.</p> <p>I contacted EasyBike reagrding this and they immediately rep**** (1-2hrs) giving me some tips on using the strap in case it was user error and they said they would replace it if it still didnt work.</p> <p>Anyway it didnt work. The next day they sent a courier to fetch it (a Friday) and I received my replacement the following Monday!</p> <p> </p> <p>Great service! </p>
